We've put together a handy guide to help you calculate how many staff you'll need for your next event!


MINIMUM STAFF REQUIREMENTS

+ 0-20 guests | 1 staff

+ 21-50 guests | 2 staff

+ 51-80 guests | 3 staff

+ 81-120 guests | 4 staff

+ For each additional 30 guests | 1 staff


TIME REQUIRED FOR SET UP & CLEAR UP

+ 1-10 guests | 0.5 hour

+ 11-20 guests | 1 hour

+ 21-50 guests | 1.5 hours

+ 51-100 guests | 2 hours

+ For each additional 50 guests | 1 hour


HERE'S AN EXAMPLE


Q "We're having a event for 50 people that will run for two hours - how many staff should I book?"


A For 50 guests, you'll need at least 2 staff members, and allow an additional 1.5 hours for setup and cleanup = two staff members at 3.5 hours each = a total of 7 staff hours.
